I’m a VP Product / CPO-level product leader and founder (1 exit: MaxTax). I build enterprise-grade products in the most complex, regulated domains—multi-country payroll, HRIS/HCM, accounting and payments—and increasingly focus on applied AI: agentic workflows, automation, reconciliation/anomaly detection, and compliance-by-design systems that reduce manual ops and improve accuracy.

Track record

Hyper-growth + international expansion

Rippling — Europe expansion (0→1):

Hired and built the European product organisation and launched native Payroll, HRIS, Time and Payments across UK, France, Ireland and Netherlands, including achieving ITSG certification in Germany. We grew ARR x5 in global markets with >70% attach rates of Payroll in the markets I built and expanded.

TrueLayer — Open Banking scale (1→N):

Expanded into 10+ markets, improving payment conversion to >90% (from ~50% vs cards) in complex markets including France, Germany, Ireland and Spain—across open banking (PSD2), bank integrations, and payments UX.

Intuit (QuickBooks) — Scale and retention:

Helped grow QuickBooks in UK, AU, FR+ from ~600 to 3M+ paying subscribers, quadrupled NPS in the UK, and built key mobile and self-employed experiences.

HiBob (UK & U.S.) - Scale and expansion (0→1):

Tasked with scaling, solidifying and growing U.K payroll offering with building an All-in-one experience with the Core HR product of HiBob.
Launched beach head in U.S with Payroll & HRIS offering, which is one of the fastest growing segments in HiBob

Founder experience

MaxTax (Founder, acquired):

Built and scaled a fintech product to acquisition in ~3 years—end-to-end ownership across product, GTM, operations and outcomes.

Some failures:

  • Sales tax platform for Etsy and Shopify users in the U.K and U.S. Scaled to 15k paying users with 65% WAU in 6 months but Shopify released their own sales tax handling platform which killed this product. Learning, timing, focus on distribution from day 1, not 2.

  • Nanny Payroll & HR platform for U.K. & U.S. - Too niche, some moderate growth but required significant affiliate investment. Learning, don’t ignore affiliates from day 1, Parents with Kids using existing platforms (however backward and terrible they are) trust them than the new entrant.
